In this role you will:
- Provide superior support
- Maintain manual document and run sheet continuity registers
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner
- Full time position – Monday through to Friday
The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:
- Previous experience in an Administration or Reception role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with a variety of audiences of differing levels of expertise
- High level of work ethic and professionalism
- The ability to think on your feet
- Being full of energy, ambitious and confident
