This is a Fixed term - Full Time role based in our Manukau store.
In this role you will:
- Provide accurate and efficient administration support in creditor reconciliations
- Process invoices in preparation for payment
- Liaise with the Head Office Accounts Payable department
- Raise credit claims and daily journals for month end processing
- Provide accurate and efficient support in all areas of administration
- Work full time (Mon to Fri). Some extra hours might be required by the Business to help with end of month duties.
The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:
- Previous experience in an Administration role in a medium to large enterprise
- Proven experience with high volume reconciliations
- An understanding of accounts payable
- Computer literate, including Microsoft office with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to think on your feet
- Being full of energy, ambitious and confident.
