In this role you will:

  • Be the ‘go to’ person, processing the online sales for the small appliances division
  • Pick, pack and dispatch Branch transfers
  • Attend to customer service work, including customer queries and maintaining the database
  • Manage outstanding customer orders
  • Must be able to lift and carry approx 20Kg as there will be lifting involved
  • Help keep our store stocked
  • Maintain the stock in the warehouse

The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships quickly
  • Computer literate, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel skills for data management
  • Organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast paced role
  • Retail industry experience (desirable) - not essential
  • Full of positive energy, approachable
  • Proactive and able to work well in a team and on your own independently
