In this role you will:

  • Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing, keeping our customers updated of the status of their repairs and ensure this is completed within an acceptable timeframe while providing outstanding customer service
  • Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor
  • Advise, serve and assist customers with inquiries on technical Computer issues
  • Assist the Tech2Home Technician and /or the Proprietor with Tech2Home business, ensuring company procedures are followed
  • Actively be involved in the selling of computer products and services
  • Be Healthy and Safety conscious
  • Work full time on a roster including weekends and public holidays as required by the Business.

 The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you include:

  • Solid administration experience in a busy enterprise
  • Experience working in a high volume administration role
  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Computer literate with a technical understanding of computers and computer products
  • Technically savvy with the ability to solve problems quickly
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills; understand the significance of confidentiality
  • Well-developed computer skills with knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must
  • Familiarity with the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act (desirable)
  • Current, clean, full NZ drivers license with own vehicle.
