In this role you will:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner
  • Conduct reconciliations of daily banking for each department; balance floats
  • Code and sign off expenses
  • Provide accurate and efficient support in all areas of administration
  • Follow up any outstanding finance debts to ensure prompt settlement

 The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Proven experience with high volume reconciliations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numeracy skills with an understanding of Accounts Payable & Reconciliation
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft office with intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • The ability to think on your feet
  • Being full of energy, ambitious and confident
  • Ability to work as part of a team
